These terms apply to your use of the Repurion website and any Business Diagnostic service supplied by Repurion (ABN: 83 687 130 526) (Repurion, we, us or our). By ordering or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Business Diagnostic is a structured analysis of relevant customer feedback, website content, online presence and competitive information where applicable. It is provided for general information and decision-support purposes. It is not legal, financial, accounting, marketing or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee any business outcome.

You must provide information that is accurate, lawful and that you are authorised to provide. Do not provide passwords, private account credentials or confidential information unless specifically requested through a secure process. You remain responsible for decisions made using the diagnostic.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery timeframe: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of the required business information. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For order support, contact us at contact@repurion.com.au.

Repurion retains ownership of its methods, templates and platform. You may use the diagnostic supplied to you for your own business purposes, but must not resell or reproduce Repurion materials as a competing service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repurion is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
